Pete Doherty Confirms New Album Details
Pete Doherty has announced details of his latest album, entitled 'Grace/Wastelands' which is set to be released on March 16th in the UK. According to NME, Pete (or as he now likes to be known 'Peter') Doherty has recruited former Libertines bandmates Mik Whitnall, Adam Ficek and Drew McConnell, as well as Blur guitarist Graham Coxon on bass guitar and Dot Allison (Massive Attack, Arab Strap, Kevin Shields) as fellow bandmates. The album, 12 tracks in length and already finished, is Doherty's first solo album, and is set to be produced by Stephen Street, famous for his work with Kaiser Chiefs and The Smiths.
The lead single 'Last of the English Roses' is due March 9th.
